1. Agreement

These End-User Licence and Terms of Service terms (“Terms”) apply to the Goat Games Minecraft Java server at goatgamesmc.com, this website, linked Discord features, statistics, leaderboards, clips, tournaments, and store-related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Minecraft account and eligibility

You need a valid Minecraft Java account in good standing to join the server. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase. You are responsible for activity carried out through accounts you control and for keeping them secure.

3. Limited licence

Goat Games gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for ordinary personal gameplay. You may not sell access, exploit the Service commercially, copy proprietary materials, interfere with systems, reverse engineer protected components, or attempt unauthorised access.

4. Fair play and conduct

You must treat players and staff respectfully and follow posted server, tournament, Discord, and gamemode rules. You must not:

• Use hacked clients, prohibited modifications, macros, exploits, automation, or other unfair advantages.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, scam, or expose private information about another person.
• Spam, advertise without permission, or distribute malicious or unlawful content.
• Disrupt the Service, evade moderation, attack infrastructure, or abuse bugs.

We may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary or permanent bans, disqualifications, content removal, or other proportionate restrictions.

5. Tournaments and gamemodes

Tournaments and gamemodes may have additional rules, eligibility requirements, schedules, scoring, and prize conditions announced before participation. We may reschedule, modify, pause, or cancel an event where reasonably necessary for fairness, safety, technical problems, low participation, or circumstances outside our control. Cheating, collusion, account sharing, or exploiting errors may result in disqualification.

6. Ranks, perks, and digital items

Ranks, perks, cosmetics, and other digital benefits are licensed for use within Goat Games; they are not your property, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold except through an official gifting feature. A justified suspension or ban may prevent access to associated digital benefits.

Rank perks may change

Purchasing a rank gives you access to that rank as it exists from time to time, rather than guaranteeing that every advertised perk will remain unchanged forever. We may add, adjust, replace, rebalance, or remove individual perks when reasonably necessary for gameplay balance, technical compatibility, legal compliance, security, or continued development of the Service.

“Permanent” describes the duration of the rank itself, not a permanent promise that its exact list of perks will never change. Subscription-rank perks may also change during or between billing periods. Where a change materially reduces the overall benefits of an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practical so you can decide whether to continue or cancel before a future renewal. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

7. Purchases, payments, and subscriptions

All checkout, payment processing, billing, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, and subscription management are fully managed by Tebex. Tebex acts as the payment platform and merchant of record for purchases made through the Goat Games store. Every purchase is also governed by the Tebex terms presented during checkout.

Prices, billing intervals, included benefits, renewal terms, and available payment methods are displayed by Tebex before you confirm an order. Subscription payments recur at the stated frequency until cancelled. You can view payment history and manage or cancel a subscription through the Tebex customer payment-history portal or through the links provided in Tebex’s subscription emails.

Goat Games does not receive or store your complete card details. For a missing in-game delivery or rank issue, contact support@goatgamesmc.com. Payment, cancellation, refund, or chargeback matters are processed under Tebex’s checkout terms and support procedures. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that apply where you live.

8. Statistics and account linking

Gameplay statistics may be recorded and displayed publicly on player profiles and leaderboards. The /verify system can connect your Minecraft UUID to your Discord user ID for identity, rank, gifting, and support features. Details about collection, storage, retention, and deletion requests are in our Privacy Policy.

9. Content and intellectual property

Goat Games branding, original website material, configurations, and other original Service content belong to their respective owner or licensors. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Medal, Discord, and other third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners. You remain responsible for content you submit and grant Goat Games permission to host, display, and moderate it as needed to operate the Service.

10. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, outages, bugs, data loss, balance changes, or feature removal may occur. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated reasonably through the website, server, or community channels; continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goat Games makes no guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, or error-free and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Termination and contact

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Questions, appeals, billing concerns, and legal notices can be sent to support@goatgamesmc.com.
